This isn't a typical internship where you'll be making coffee or doing busywork. As a Business Development Intern at Tario, you'll be doing real sales work from day one—engaging US-based sales leaders, booking meetings, and directly contributing to pipeline. High-performing interns will be offered full-time Business Development Representative roles.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & OutreachResearch target accounts, make cold calls to Directors/VPs of Sales, and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages using Tario's platform. Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce.
Qualification & Meeting SettingConduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospects' outbound challenges, qualify leads based on company size and pain points, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Learning & DevelopmentParticipate in team huddles and coaching sessions, shadow discovery calls and demos, and receive 1:1 mentorship from experienced sales leadership.
Who You Are
Education & Background:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (any field)
- Graduation years: 2023-2026
- Excellent written and spoken English—comfortable having business conversations with senior executives

- Thick skin: You don't take rejection personally
- Coachability: You implement feedback immediately and constantly seek to improve
- Curiosity: You genuinely want to understand prospects' problems
