We may receive data from commercial sources, integrated third-party tools, or social platforms with your consent.
You may opt out of direct marketing at any time by emailing unsubscribe@tario.ai.
Tario's use of data received from Google APIs, including Gmail, is limited to providing and improving user-facing features within the Tario platform. Specifically, Gmail data accessed through authorised Google OAuth scopes is used to:

It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the features described above. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to any party except as described in this policy.
These restrictions apply notwithstanding any other provision in this policy and are consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Tario uses third-party AI language model providers to power two distinct features.
Lead research and email personalisation
Tario uses OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity to research leads and their companies using publicly available information, and to generate personalised outbound email drafts based on that research. This process does not involve Gmail data. It uses only lead profile information — such as name, company, role, and similar fields — that has been provided or imported by the Tario user.
AI-assisted reply drafting
When a user explicitly requests an AI-generated draft reply to an inbound email, Tario may transmit the content of that inbound message to one or more of the following providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity. This transmission occurs solely to generate the requested draft, only when initiated by the user, and only for the duration of that request.
Sub-processor safeguards
All three providers operate under enterprise API agreements that include:
Gmail content transmitted to these providers is not retained by Tario beyond what is stored in the user's conversation history within the Tario platform, and is not retained by the provider at all.
Tario may record telephone calls or in-app chat sessions after notifying participants, for quality assurance purposes. This applies to telephone and in-app chat recordings only. Gmail data accessed via Google APIs is not recorded, used for training, or used for quality improvement purposes.
Recipients of automated outreach emails sent through Tario's platform may opt out of further communications by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every campaign email. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and applied across the sending workspace. Tario does not send further automated campaign emails to recipients who have unsubscribed.
Recipients may also contact the sender's organisation directly to request removal. Opt-out records are maintained permanently and are not reversible without fresh explicit consent from the recipient.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
Gmail data specifically:
Gmail data accessed through Google APIs is retained only for as long as the user's mailbox remains connected to Tario and as necessary to provide the features described in this policy. When a user disconnects their Gmail account, associated message content is deleted from Tario's systems within 30 days. Inbound email content transmitted to AI providers for reply drafting is not retained by those providers beyond the duration of a single API call.
Lead and contact data:
Lead records imported by users are retained for the duration of the user's account. Users may request deletion of specific records at any time via the Tario platform or by contacting privacy@tario.ai.
Tario employs technical, organisational, and physical safeguards aligned with international standards including ISO 27001:2013 to protect your data. Sensitive data transmitted to third-party AI providers is covered by contractual protections mandating encryption in transit and prohibiting retention beyond the API call. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against external threats.
Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authority. Third-party AI providers processing Gmail data under this policy maintain equivalent transfer safeguards under their enterprise agreements.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enable features, measure usage, and improve experience. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are placed without your consent.
Our Services may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are beyond our control, and we encourage you to review their policies independently.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@tario.ai. Deletion of certain data may limit your ability to use the Services. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
We will notify users of material changes to this policy by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
