Tario is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping sales leaders discover how Agentic AI can transform outbound sales. You’ll generate qualified opportunities, engage decision-makers in SaaS and tech companies, and play a key role in driving Tario’s adoption across mid-market organizations. Key responsibilities
- Lead generation: Drive outbound outreach using omni-channel tactics (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Tario-powered automation).
- Prospecting & Qualification: Identify decision-makers in sales departments, engage them with Tario’s value proposition, and qualify opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track progress and conversions.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing on inbound campaigns, providing feedback to improve conversion effectiveness.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
- Market Research: Stay informed on SaaS/tech sales trends, outbound strategies, and competitor offerings to sharpen outreach.
- Value Selling: Clearly articulate how Tario removes sales drudgery and empowers reps to focus on relationship-building and closing deals.
Job reqirements
- Experience working with US geography/markets.
- Proven B2B sales experience with mid-level and senior decision-makers.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or SDR roles, preferably in SaaS, technology sales, or sales automation platforms.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage mid-level and senior decision-makers
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar).
- Proven ability to prospect, generate, and qualify leads in a B2B setting.
- Familiarity with outbound sales processes, SDR workflows, or AI-driven sales tools is a strong plus. Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (public speaking or pitch competition experience is a bonus).
- Soft Skills Confident in pitching, probing, and objection handling. Skilled in rapport-building, social selling, and account mapping. Strong analytical mindset to tailor outreach based on prospect needs. Team player with a proactive networking approach.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Background in business, technology, or related fields is advantageous.
