We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Executive who can help us build awareness, engagement, and credibility across the B2B sales ecosystem.

The Role

You’ll be the voice and amplifier of Tario across influencer channels, social platforms, and digital communities.
From collaborating with sales influencers to coordinating webinars and analyzing campaign metrics — you’ll play a key role in putting Tario on the map as a must-know brand in sales tech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify and engage influencers, creators, and thought leaders within the sales, SDR, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Build and manage collaborative campaigns — from LinkedIn Lives and podcasts to guest content and virtual events.
  • Negotiate, plan, and execute paid and unpaid partnerships that deliver measurable visibility.
  • Monitor influencer campaigns, report engagement metrics, and optimize for higher ROI.
  • Drive brand presence on G2, Reddit, and Product Hunt, building community buzz and authentic interactions.
  • Product Hunt launch experience (either assisting or leading) will be considered a major plus.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Tario’s official social channels — LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and G2.
  • Plan and publish high-performing content: carousels, short videos, polls, and storytelling posts that capture attention.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and community discussions to identify timely engagement opportunities.
  • Work with designers and writers to craft visually engaging posts and reels.
  • Be hands-on with Canva or similar tools to design banners, posts, and other basic creatives when needed.
  • Build consistent brand tone and maintain content calendars that align with product launches and campaigns.

3. Events & Webinar Coordination

  • Research, shortlist, and collaborate with industry event organizers, SaaS communities, and partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end webinar lifecycle — concept planning, speaker coordination, promotion, hosting support, and post-event analysis.
  • Align event content with broader campaign objectives to maximize visibility and lead generation.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (product, content, and design) and external partners for flawless execution.

4. Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and website dashboards.
  • Measure success using KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, traffic sources, and conversion metrics.
  • Build campaign reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with performance and content marketing teams to align messaging and optimize ROI.
  • Experiment with A/B testing and creative improvements to boost visibility and reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer, digital, or growth marketing — preferably in B2B SaaS or sales technology.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn influencer ecosystems and familiarity with Reddit and Product Hunt communities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-paced, dynamic projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools for quick turnarounds on creatives.
  • Bonus: Experience managing a Product Hunt launch, G2 review campaigns, or community marketing programs.
