The role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Recruiting Intern to help us build out the Tario team. You'll work directly with leadership on sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires — both technical (engineers, AI/ML) and non-technical (sales, marketing, ops) roles.
This is a real hiring role, not busy work. You'll own parts of the pipeline and see your work ship fast.
What you'll do
- Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals for both technical and non-technical roles
- Screen resumes and run initial outreach to shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders
- Track the pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring moving at pace
- Help draft job descriptions and social posts to attract great talent
- Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process and candidate experience
What we're looking for
- Available to join within 2 weeks — we move fast and need someone who can too
- Able to commit full-time to the internship (no part-time or parallel commitments)
- Genuinely excited about hiring — for both engineering and go-to-market roles
- Strong communicator: clear, direct, and professional in written and verbal interaction
- Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Motivated by impact, not just tasks — you care about the outcome, not just the checklist
- Prior exposure to recruiting or HR is a plus, not a requirement — attitude matters more
Logistics
- Location: Bangalore (hybrid preferred — in-person time valued; remote considered for the right candidate)
- Duration: 3–6 months with potential to extend or convert
- Compensation: Competitive internship stipend
